THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT THIS TRIP
- DO NOT contact your school. This IS NOT a school trip. All questions, concerns and issues should be directed to School Time Travel.
- Only those students who were scheduled to participate in the 2020 Washington, DC trip are eligible to participate in this trip.
- All participants on this trip, students, chaperones, tour guides and motor coach operators MUST be fully vaccinated in order to participate.
- All students will be housed in double rooms (2 per room, 2 beds per room). In previous years, we housed students in quads, but in an effort to adhere to social distancing guidelines, all students will be housed in doubles.
- While riding on the motor coach, masks must be worn except for eating or drinking.
- Cancellation insurance for this trip IS MANDATORY, and is included in the cost of this trip.
- Participants may cancel their trip for a full refund, minus the cost of the trip insurance ($49) up until April 17, 2022.
- We will limit participation to 44 students per motor coach in keeping with appropriate social distancing.
- We reserve the right to modify or change the itinerary. As of 30 October, 2021, many of the museums in Washington have very limited availability, and as of this date, are NOT making accommodations for large school groups.
- In addition to the tour guide, we require 4 adult chaperones for each motor coach. Chaperones will be asked to pay $250 for their participation.
- Students will be provided an opportunity to select roommates once we have determined who will be participating.
- Sign-ups will begin on line at schooltimetravel.com on Friday, November 5, 2021. Sign-ups will continue until Friday, December 24, 2021, or until we have reached the maximum number of participants as determined by limitations as determined by accommodations availability.
